Is there a minimum order quantity for customization?
New tooling projects typically include tooling amortization and MOQ terms, confirmed at quotation. Modification projects can start with sample quantities.
What files do I need to provide?
Drawings (PDF/DWG/DXF), 3D models (STEP/IGES), sample photos, datasheets or BOM all help. The more you share, the faster we quote.
Are my drawings and files kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for internal review and quotation, visible to authorized staff only. NDAs available on request.
